As previously stated. An open centre valve on a closed centre tractor is just a giant internal hydraulic leak.
The ideal connection would be a "T" in the high pressure line prior to the SCV valves. To supply the post pounder's closed centre valve. The return oil should go to between the transmission filter inlet side and the transmission oil pump discharge .
No need of a front tank addition.
Several persons here have in the past have posted images of the ideal , direct hydraulic connections .
While your tractor is a Waterloo , mine is a Mannheim and a bit snootier regarding the hydraulics . You would not believe it was the same tractor when the backhoe or the log splitter . Is connected direct and returned to the ported filter instead of through the SCV.
