Here's a Wicked Grapple review from CJ in Texas. He has the 66" double lid on his Kubota MX5200.

"I cannot explain enough on how the customer service for EA is more than anyone can ask for, I literally BUGGED the h*ll out of Rick on the completion of my grapple!!! I received the grapple and was truly impressed with the craftsmanship in this thing. It's a frickin tank of an implement!!!! I guess it's my nature but I worked the DOG out of this thing and it literally begged me for more!!!! No one could possibly be happier with a grapple. Long story short, I will buy all of my implements from Everything Attachments in the future!!!!"

Challenge accepted CJ! - see below :D :D :D

Here's a post that I copied and pasted from the Grappling Fun thread. I think the inspiration comes from his new Wicked Grapple!

Grapple Man's Creed

This is my grapple. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My grapple is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My grapple, without me, is useless. Without my grapple, I am useless. I must clamp my grapple true. I must haul brush straighter than my enemy who is trying to out-haul me. I must move my brush pile before he moves his. I will...
My grapple and I know that what counts in life is not the limbs we collect, the crunch of our lid closing, nor the smoke we make from the burn pile. We know that it is the results that count. We will generate results...
My grapple is human, even as I, because it is my life. Thus, I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its weaknesses, its strength, its parts, its accessories, its tines and its lid. I will keep my grapple clean and ready, even as I am clean and ready. We will become part of each other. We will...
Before God, I swear this creed. My grapple and I are the defenders of our land. We are the masters of our property. We are the saviors of my life.
So be it, until victory is America's and there is no brush to move, logs to haul, stumps and rocks to engage, or roots to grub. Then peace and harmony will reign on our tracts!

I received my 54" wicked grapple a couple days ago and the quality great, it just seems like it should open up farther when picking up brush.

So for a fun experiment open it all the way, tip it forward as far as it will go, slowly lower it to the ground and let me know if the top or bottom of the grapple touch first;)

How far does it open? As rated?

Why is it that all the Wicked grapples that are 32" (L) x 26" (H), except for the 50" have a opening of 37 inches? Is it just the cylinder (50" - 2"x4", rest 2.5" x 5") that's limiting the 50" Wicked grapple to a 30 inch opening, or is it in addition to the mounting points on the 50"?

Might EA be willing to make the small change on the 50" to accommodate a larger opening?

It's just scaled down some to better fit compact tractors.
The cylinder mounts on the main frame and on the lid are different.
The 54" has extra gusseting for the mounts to withstand the larger cylinder and the pushing force of a larger tractor, so making it open wider wouldn't be simple.

The 50" has been our overall best seller for a while now, especially for tractors like yours.

A few pics of the 50" I've gathered.

This 50" Wicked Grapple review was just submitted today by Petar in MN.

"As owner of a construction company and regular buyer of products and services I have seen my share of not so good end results.
This time I feel happy to say to anyone looking to purchase this grapple for a tractor situation per their suggested hp ratings, look no further. These guys delivered 100% what they claim, and frankly their product is superior to their marketing message.
Since owning this piece I have run it for 13.5 hrs . Flawless operation.
EA deserves this glowing recommendation .
Intelligent discussion on the phone pre purchase, correct advice on mounting, hose lengths , honesty in the shipping effort and the fit is so perfect it didn't scratch the paint on the mounts.
They deserve this statement and I will vouch for their professionalism.
5 stars I hope ownership shares this with their team."
