Do I need a hitch that distribute. The load to keep my truck from sinking to much.

The tractor is a farm track 555 back tires are loaded about 900lbs between tires. The trailer is a 16' so if I put the bucket on the trailer the back tires will be on the dove tail! A two bottom plow is in the trucks box.

The trailer rating is fine, its just not long enough to allow you to balance the load better.
I'd still check the truck springs for broken leafs. I suspect a broken leaf or two.
If leafs are OK and don't need replacing and you can't get a longer trailer then at the minimum get a WD hitch.
Unsafe to haul that load that way.

I was thinking of adding on the trailer 18 or 20 feet this can be a nice winter project!.

Yes, you need a WD hitch and maybe some improvements to the trucks suspension.

For this setup, yes you need a weight distribution hitch. Front end looks like it is getting light. A larger trailer would help, but most trucks per manufacturers recommendations need a WD hitch when towing usually over 5,000 lbs. not sure is it has gone up on newer ones, but I bet that's what yours is.
