Bad Day at Block Rock - errrr - Make it Bad Year.

Last few mornings the sunrise has sure been pretty. Use to have a picture of 1 where it looked like the sky was on fire.

No craps this AM or last night. Found & took some potassium pills. Think they are working. Didn't walk quite as much yesterday as I have been.

Reason: When things start going wrong, they just don't stop.
First problem, router would not give up its bit. That's after finding a wrench that fits. Get it changed & make my new & improved window frame top. A good plan that will not work, give it another shot, still wrong. Quit playing with it for the day.

Doug out an old goose neck lamp, clean it up & mount it to light the flag. Works, but can not be adjusted up enough to light the rifle. have some canned lights that will work, may put 1 up today.
Did a lot of piddly little things, pick up nails & put in jar, other things like that that don't amount too much.

Time to go out & watch the world go by.

Well, no craps is a good thing but I will assume you meant cramps!! Keep the stories coming, enjoying them very much.

It is just French's Mustard. I keep two bottles in the ice box. One for me and cramps and one for condiments. I also keep a bottle in the hangar's ice box.

Your French's mustard does contain turmeric, but it also contains, "natural flavor", a pseudonym for, MSG, which is not needed in your mustard or any other food. You will find MSG in most catsup, too.

Another item that will cause cramps is no enough water. There is a rumor that it is easy to get dehydrated in Crash's neck of the woods.

I had one like that. After loosening the nut, you had to tap the bit deeper with a wood block to make it release.

I know the hot stuff at the chinese places I don't let get on the roof of my mouth.

Lick is the wrong word. I pull it off the spoon with my upper lip. You gotta figure out your own technique. I gather you won't be able to do it my way.

Good morning,

speaking of mustard, I like the plain old Frenches. Something different to try ( I like it ) add a little mustard to your Mayo, a whole new taste. great for French fries. Didn't eat catsup for years because of 29% sugar. Kind of like it & use a little now & then. Never liked radishes, they burned my mouth ( Chile was fine different burn.) + taster.

Would have got a lot more done yesterday were it not for dumb, stupid mistakes. Just little things, but enough to make the pope cuss.

Worse & really scary. The flapper valve in the back of my neck closed up & I could barely breath. Makes you think you are going to die & afraid you won't. Cough, gag, & some pain. Took over an hour for it to mostly go away. A little irritating for another hour or so.

Going to run out of lumber soon, would last a little longer with out the mistakes. The way things are going I would not even qualify as a rough carpenter, more of a wood butcher.

This AM would be perfect for sitting out, were the deck closed up & I had the propane heater working. 52 & dropping. 10 Degrees lower than yesterday. Yesterday was a real good day for getting things done, fairly cool most of the day.

Some times wonder if the pain clouds my judgement & adds to some of the dumb mistakes???

Picked up a few things yesterday & got them off the deck. Right from the start I should have cleared everything off the deck, but didn't. Figured out that I need some shelves out there, will get or make some brackets, keep most things off the table.

Folks don't seem as happy as they use to. State of union or???? I try to make people smile when ever possible. Readers Digest many years ago said, Give everyone a smile, it's the cheapest thing you can give away and still have more + plus ut may come back to you.

Soon the election will be history, all over but the shouting. When in business I hated elections, sure seamed to hurt business.
