Bull, there is no legitimate reason to trespass holding a gun or riding a vehicle, you contact the owner if you have a real need to access the property. And this is what this thread is about hunter's that knowingly trespass. I have the utmost respect for vets and the disabled( have them both in my family) but they have no right to trespass.

I agree with you 100% if your tresspassing on my land you have issues... the problem is the scenario roadhunter made comment about was regarding wilderness area owned by the government. Not your or my land. He said it is fine to shoot a stranded quad with no one in sight. I said BS it isn't.. you dont' know the reason the quad is out there could be an old guy who can barely walk. He says it doesn't matter and starts calling everyone a troll for disagreeing with him. I am fine with being disagreed with but don't like being called names by Candy@ for doing so.

Still two wrongs do not make a right. If someone is trespassing yes throw them off your property. Call law enforcement on them. Remove the illegally placed tree stand so they have to come to you to ask for it back. Don't destroy their property.

If they are hunters I would not confront them with guns because they are obviously also armed.

Call the police/DNR as appropriate and let them deal with it. Take pictures for identification and/or evidence.

I thing is I am a hunter, or was been awhile. I just can't understand trespassing a marked area or obvious yard. I also can't understand the cops and courts total disregard and refusal to respond.

Please do not misquote me. I said I thought it was funny that someone disabled a trespassing ATV. Nothing more, nothing less. I never said that it was something I would be ok doing. Glad we got that straight.

As far as the far fetched scenarios being trolling that is exactly what they are. I could claim that piling dirt by the vehicle could result in the trespasser not being able to leave in an emergency and cause them to die. But then I would be trolling with far fetched scenarios as well.

The only person in this thread who has made personal insults is you. Comments about intelligence, weak man, candy @, etc.. It's obvious you are very insecure and enjoy making yourself feel better by insulting others while you hide behind your computer. I have continued to take the high road when it comes to that. Personal insults are not tolerated on this site and I would appreciate it if you would have some class and stop with the insults.

Yes I would be frustated by that too. I can't honestly say it has been a big issue for me but I have never had any prime hunting land.. I had some deer hunters walking through the back part of my property with shotguns several years ago, about 100 yards behind my house. I was torqued because I know that is in range for a deer slug. I wasn't home but my wife called me and told me. I would have been back there having a discussion with them, crazy or not.

Nope. YOu really need to calm yourself down. You are all lathered up using straw man tactics and throwing personal insults around al lbecasue you are upset.

We agree that disabling someones 4 wheeler is wrong. I happen to think it is funny and you like to be offended so you have turned it into some far fetched scenario where someone dies so you can be outraged and upset. If you want to be outraged and upset over a far fetched scenario so be it. You are entitled to your opinion.

Nobody else here is upset like that or using wild scenarios to justify thier outrage. Please just calm yourself down and stop derailing the thread into personal insults.
