No worries bro, if you knew me you'd know I like a good fight. I make it harder on myself just to drag it out (for sport). And to learn. And I like to win sometimes. :D. Sometime I plan it all out other times can't wait to get started. This one was cut short by winter/snow.

>>>half the heat is exhaust.

Pretty easy to duct the exhaust out, which reduces the cooling CFM. And it has its own pump.

Interesting comment about boats. I will keep a nostril out. If it blew the door off I have to be 65 feet away (operating the switch). And it won't sink either :) .

Will chew on this for awhile. I need it to be secure from thievery, closed up tight. Vertical thru the roof would employ convection but not sure that does much in a powered situation. What can you hope for from convection, 50 CFM? And is convection easily disturbed? Besides - the roof is all done, except for the grass. :D

Next time I get to work on this - there may be 2 feet of snow. With luck !!!!

Thx for all the help, but I gotta git home ASAP, theres eatin' to be done! Happy Thxgiving!!

In a remote environment nothing is really secure ever. Thieves have cordless tools to cut through locks of all types. Besides noise is not usually alarming to anyone if they are not close enough to hear it.

I assumed you were "there" for the weekend. Good luck with it.
