Nope. We are in complete denial......

I'm grading roads now, getting ready for the big freeze-up in the next month. Our long range says above normal temps, below normal moisture. We're gonna duck and let it slip on over to you my friend!!!!

Have used everything mentioned at one time. Oil filter put on by Walmart required the harbor freight set of 4 cup sockets and a wobble extension to remove. Strap wrench did not begin to work. Was surprised when the cup like sockets worked so well.

I've tried everything known to man I have them hanging everywhere and here is what I find works best for my needs. There are some things you can't get them on but it will do 90% of the cars, mowers etc. I have owned.

Those are identical to the HF pliers at likely 1/3 the price of Gemplers

I learned about lubing the gasket with oil on your fingertip from the chimpanzee in the Valvoline commercial. Not kidding.

They utilize a square drive ratchet with an extension if needed. I have five size/ranges which covers most of the filters I use.
