That was trully novel. I've used my truck for all sorts of things but never used it to remove a filter.
Where are you? It sounds kinda close to my neck of the woods. Never know when I might need help getting a filter off.
Think it would be wise to try to loosen the filter on a brand new tractor before heat and time makes it way harder to remove? Maybe just try to back them off a little by a method that doesn't damage them? Seems like it would.
I say this with due respect. If paint is the factor that stops me from removing a filter, I'm using the wrong tool.![]()
