Bucket Cutting Edge--Need Advice Regarding Replacement

Sure, I can make you a good deal.

As far as cutting edges wrapped on the ends, many industrial loaders are that way. Also FoMoCo tractor front end loaders were that way.
The cutting edge also cuts on the side, and is why it is wrapped. It is designed to "bit in and cut as well to help prevent wear on the lip and also help the bucket to "penetrate" into a solid bank more. When you've used one like that, you'll see the difference.

Hey Mark,

I've been sending you PMs and trying your phone number for a couple of weeks....

I am sorry about that. I've had a heavier than normal call load due to some internal restructuring of our tech support (which is good and some how my notifications of pms on most of my forums has gotten turned off or blocked or something. I have to physically check them now. Couple that with a new phone that I am still learning after having my old one for 4 years...and I've been goofing up on quite a few calls lately.
Anyway, I'll check and respond some time tomorrow.

Figured something whacky was going on which is why I replied here. It's not an emergency, just a silly/simple question I can't sort out :D

I've read where the welders with plasma and high frequency Tig welders have problems. I don't know anything about Everlast multi-process welders. I have a Lincoln V350-Pro multi-process welder.
Cramming multiple processes & plasma into one box results in compromises. I was looking at a combo unit to get plasma & replace my Miller Maxstar 200. Ended up just getting a dedicated Everlast 60@ plasma (don't remember the model offhand). I still want AC TIG & MIG, but will get a dedicated MIG box at some point. Will probably end up trading the DC only Maxstar 200 in for an AC/DC unit if I ever start doing aluminum. Everlast is high on my list after good results with the plasma cutter.
