FEL boom is slow and leaks down after new control valve

This valve block looks similar to yours. Ports are labeled. Power Beyond out of the loader valve should go to port #3.

I am continuing to check the basics and would ask you review each of these pictures and make certain what you have installed on your valve matches the pictures for the float and power beyond and not the closed center.

Did the joystick come installed on your valve?

Could you post pictures of the box the valve came in and any other packaging with part # on it.

Could you post a picture of your invoice with your personal info hidden.

I re read the original and a later post making certain where his problem was. One thing he did say in his second post was that he had not changed anything on the valve block. This makes me think his issue(s) are in the new FEL valve and how it is connected and not the block. That is unless he has started making changes to the block now and things are totally confused.

How do you read his problem?

Yes, I agree with you. Just thought the block diagram might be helpful.

Thanks for your reply. I am never certain if I am misreading the problem as it is described.

Sometimes when I allow myself to focus on someone's technical problem, I invest a lot of emotional energy in finding a solution.
It is completely unreasonable but I wish the original poster was sitting at his computer ready to immediately answer any question i have.
