That looks pretty much identical to the bottom of my old Ford 917, except for the green paint. Similar wear on the knives. They cut fine so I've never sharpened them.This is what the cutters look like on my JD 390 right now,,

I think for the purchase price of $1,100,, I would rather risk buying a used Woods RFM,,
rather than buying knives for the flail,, and all the work to change them..
Since the JD dealer is on the way to where the RFM is,, I may stop, and ask the price of the flail replacements,,
