See if they can give you the PN for the vertical lift link on your tractor, the non adjustable one for the the B26 is PN 32721-65270. If it matches then all the major components are the same.

I just meant to verify with them what all was included with the kit.

I attached a PDF with a bunch of part #'s etc for the B2920. I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for or not.

I used to own a 2920 and I upgraded my turnbuckles to the nice sliding telescoping ones you drop the pin in, Kubota puts on their top of the line tractors...L-Grand Series and to nicer B-series. I have since sold that tractor and put the original ones back on it and transferred these newer ones to my B3200 and have some setting on a shelf somewhere that came with the 3200. Give me 20% of the new price and I will pay the ship. Or if not and you bite the bullet for new get the telescoping ones I have.......so much easier to put the attachments on when you can slide the turnbuckles in and out.
Here is the old thread I used when I converted.

Shipping might kill the saving but I found this on a quick search.

I actually emailed those guys earlier today and am awaiting a shipping quote. I still haven't confirmed if it will actually all fit or not. I hate to ship it across the country and not have it work out. I'm awaiting a follow up from a friend of mine who is an O.G. Kubota dealer. He's doing a little homework to see if the B26TLB kit will work....or at least get close enough that we can swap out just a few pieces.

I appreciate your response but I didn't quite understand it. Are you saying you have the B2920 3pt setup from your old tractor, or is what you posted the parts to make the telescoping arms work with the stock B2920 stuff.

The only part I haven't been able to confirm will interchange is the verticle lift links because they weren't listed on the parts diagrams I found. Everything else will interchange.

   / New to me Kubota B2920 3pt question #29
I only have the turnbuckle arms and the they are the same for a 2920 or the 3200 that mine are from. I has also saying that if you buy new.... get the telescoping ones and supplied the #'s. Sorry about the multi-thought post.

I removed the backhoe today to get a better look and this is what I found. Some of the parts are there. The pin and spacers on the bottom as well as the draw bar are there. I'm hoping maybe someone will be able to tell exactly what I need from the photo.

Lower arms, verticle lift links, check link assemblys, and top link plus all pins to attach them.

There are only about 3 parts that come in the B3941 kit that you won't need, if I remember correctly it's only the cross shaft/spacers and tabs for the check links.

So you're thinking for the money, B3941 would be the most economical solution? Is there a possibility that the lower arms and vertical lift links are a different length?

   / New to me Kubota B2920 3pt question #33
I would think it would be the most cost effective.
The lower arms have the same part #s so they are the same.
I couldn't find the part # for the verticle lift link on the B2x20 tractors so I couldn't cross them but I would bet they are the same.

If you can get the dealer to tell you the part #s for the vert. link on your tractor then you can cross it with the number I listed earlier in this thread or the one included in the B3941 kit and know for sure.

I have an update. My local Kubota dealer are really great people. I stopped down to talk with them about this forum post and they just so happened to have a B26 in their rental fleet. They lent me the 3pt arms, top link, etc....to make sure they fit my B2920. Everything fit perfectly, just as you guys suggested. While I had the arms, I also took measurements of everything. I now have three options. I can purchase all the B2920 parts separately, which is ridiculous and a bad idea. Option 2 is to purchase the 3pt B26 kit for half the price of the 2920, which would end up being $400-450. Or option 3 is that I find a suitable aftermarket option. I plan to call these guys tomorrow to see if they have something that will work for me. That option is about $200, which is a far cry from the $1000 that I was originally faced with. I appreciate all of the help and advice!
