Edit: Any advise on how to flip the thumbnails on the pics?
When I clicked one, it opened right side up, huge, but right side up.

Well, I didn't get any picts of my actual seat time, but I did of the results of it!

I was loading logs onto my BSM and hauling the slab wood away, where we cut them into firewood. Anyway, I "grade sawed" a 10' walnut log, check out this 16" wide "cant" that produced high grade clear lumber!!

That one log produced 175 bd. ft. of 5/4 lumber, with much of it clear,

As you can see, I also milled out some "stickers"...

Oohhhh! Pretty! I wish I lived closer. I'd love to make some furniture out of that.

When I redo my bathroom, I'm gonna replace the vanity top with a live edge top and put a hollowed out rock sink on top. It's gonna be sweet but that will be after I pay down on stuff, I can't get in over my head on upgrades lol. Everything is on hold right now.

The vanity top needs to be 22in deep and almost 6ft long, I was gonna go 2-3in thick slab, it's not easy to find and almost has to be custom cut.

It will have to be "dry" before you can use it, so you better start looking now... It will take 2 to 3 years for a 3" flitch that thick to dry...

I can mill out 24" flitches on my mill, but I rarely do so...

Okay literally seat time here... moving a new to me steel storage cabinet with my brand new QA and forks on my BX. Needed a little ballast to keep it on the pallet, and the better half obliged. Please don't tell her I posted this.
