My brother can't get his activated. Website just says "you've caught us at a bad time". Any ideas?

Did you tried here? Its a link to activate amazon purchased phones but works with any phone(or mobley) purchase not at at&t

He's on the fone with them. Some sort of account issue, it seems. We'll see.

Dunno what is going on. The guy on the phone eventually sent him to zte support (that's what the phone guy did to me). Mine worked to activate online. His wouldn't, but NOW it says there is already service on that sim. So the guy on the phone jacked up his sim. If AT&T could just get out of their own darn way!!

Probably go to the store time, and hope they have a clue.

I'm arriving late to this game, just found out about Mobley yesterday after seeing it on an RV forum. Ordered one on line yesterday, got the June 20-30 estimated shipping date. Just got an email a few minutes ago from AT&T saying it was shipped today. Earlier today, I visited my local AT&T store. They knew nothing about Mobley or the plan. I "rented" a phone for a few days ($10) just to see what kind of signal I would have at my house (my cell phone is with another carrier). The results shows 1/2 the bars lit up for 4g service. Hopefully it will give better results than my 6MB Windstream that costs $60 per month. Fingers crossed... I'll follow up later with the results.

Finally found them in stock. Ship date 6/1 - 6/5. Woohoo.

$45 activation fee. I think I tease way back in this thread they'll drop that?

we only get 2-3 bars with our phones and the mobley seems to work just fine. most speed test results are in the 15-18 mbps range for us.
we have been on the mobley for almost a month, no issues, my wife and i use that and we let the kids in the house (family of 4) share the 5mbps

Is there anyone on this thread in Southern Illinois? I don't know of anyone on AT&T and what an idea of signal strength before making a move on this.
