Oil & Fuel Raw gas in cylinders

I have the 135 runing smooth like it should. # 2 and #3 cylinder were not firing hot enough to burn the raw gas be cause of crossed plug wires and carb out of adjustment. Also the timing was off. Thank you so much for your input.

Do I have to remove the distributor to get the starter off? Seems that way to me.

Rotate the starter until the Bendix gear is facing outwards.

Update. I got the 135 runing like a charm!! # 2-3 spark plug wires were crossed. Also the timing and carb were not right. The raw gas was from # 2-3 not burn the gas. Thank you guys for the input I am so thrilled the seebthis tractor going again!
