I seem to be constantly changing the position of my forks, and would love to be able to do that from the operator station (wish I could say cab... it gets hot and buddy in FL). If I understand the terminology correctly slide shift is when the entire carriage moves, opposed to the individual forks moving closer, or further apart. I would be more interested in the latter. I have a hydraulic circuit avail, but with approx 12gpm flow, and only an on/off elec solenoid, it might require an orifice to slow things down. I would also be open to elec. linear actuators. So has anyone added this feature?
