Once you use those pallet forks a few times, you'll find all kinds of uses for them. I used to leave the 4-in-1 bucket on all the time, now it's the forks that live on the tractor. I can move more wood and brush with them, lift more because they weigh less than the bucket, and even do a little digging if I'm careful. The Titans look like a good choice!

RNG,

I'm sure you are right. I've heard many who praise their forks. And I can really use them now, so I jumped. But once you go Grapple you never go back...

99% of the time, Grapple is ON and I use it for EVERYTHING, lately I've used it to literally rip an entire 9' tall shrub out of the ground, root ball and all, to regrade the edges along the driveway, skid & haul giant logs/trees... I love my grapple...

Be well,
David

That's a strong endorsement if I ever heard one, David! I made my pallet forks after finding the tines in a bin at the junk yard; maybe I should go looking for scrap I can make a grapple with. I'm sure RS would consult on the design. That's it just what I need: Another project!:confused2:

Be happy to supply the plans :D ... if I ever manage to recover the hard drive they are on ... :(

68°F and .14 inches rain.

New plumbing line installed at cottage.
Started new round of mowing. More today.
Flash recovering well from his dental adventure.
Shoulder almost back to normal after a few days on the meds.
Lent my PHD to neighbor putting in some new fence. I have to decide if refencing my property is beneficial to reclaiming pasture status vs the non pasture tax rate.
Finally got a decent shave this morning after disassembling and cleaning the head of my Norelco shaver. Amazing it cut anything. Ordered a replacement head as it is a few years old.

Be safe
Have a great day.

Interesting observation. My wife commented last night about the increase in wasps here. She has never been stung, these past two weeks - twice. They seem to hang around the pool a lot. And I am agreeing with her.

What's with the wasps this year? Wife has been stung twice, me once, first time in years for either of us.

Great pics. Lots of work.

Don, hope you get some rain relief for your fire status. Enjoyed the pics though.

Got bit on the neck yesterday. Killed that sucker and found the rest. They are all smelling the roses now.
Had wife clean the bite up and put some antibiotic ointment on it. So far I have not been allergic to the bites.

My trainee told me he had to kill the largest wasp nest he's ever seen. His fiance's grandpa had an old queen mattress set leaning against a wall in an old barn. The nest stretched nearly the 6 feet length, in the old box frame and was allmost halfway down from the top. That would make it at least 8 square feet??? He said he "gowned up" with a sand blasting helmet and a heavy coat and ski bibs. Took 2 cans of Raid wasp killer (the best), and went in and started spraying.

My afternoon started out poorly, the shed with my tractor ZTR, power tools, an air compressor, commercial sewing machine, pressure washer, tow behind sprayer, and much more, burned down. Blistered the siding on the house, and garage. What a mess! IMG_2984.JPGIMG_2989.JPGIMG_3025.JPGIMG_3031.JPGIMG_3034.JPG
