Ugh...I'm so sick of John deere...need help

I still don't have my tractor back its been at their shop all year and they don't even have a backorder date on this so called part. How is this acceptable. I'm still making my 600 dollar payment s month and it's just sitting in their shop...I'm so mad

That is absolutely ridiculous! I think a lawsuit maybe in order.

I have a neighbor that just loves his John Deer tractors. Even his smallest, a CUT. He kinda gloats every time my Kubota breaks down and he finds me working on it. For a while I was thinking of selling off the Kubota (now that I've fixed most of the problems, and before it breaks again) and going over to one of the pre-"blue" models. But I guess like any large company, it's hard to find a dealer that will go the extra mile for their customer. Kubota, at least in my experience, sure won't. Sad to hear that Deer won't, either. How are we supposed to buy American when it's just not possible to find a best of breed manufacturer here in the US?

Maybe in the not too distant future, a Chinese NorTrac tractor will be the best tractor going, better than a John Deere or Kubota.

$600.00/month, and I'm assuming that doesn't always come easy, I say JD has really let you down. Wonder if it would do any good bringing this up to the BBB. Hope something works out for you, good luck.

Couple things, suspect there is more to this problem than is known.. and there is little help TBN members can do to solve the problem.
Posts suggest the problem is dealer/customer relationship, and a lawyer may be customer's only next move.

We have become a society that wants to find fault or blame whenever anything goes wrong.. but hope something goes right for the OP soon.
This feeds the excitement of the non-Deere crowd, and not convinced that it is a fair conclusion.

Give me a break...

You mean having a 10 year old truck that the manufacturer buys back or completely overhauls to make it 100% road worthy again? All manufacturers have problems at times... but it's how they stand behind their products that makes the difference between a good manufacturer and a bad one. Toyota is one of the best. And remember... Dana made those frames for Toyota.

I saw a story on that, they showed those Toyota's and they had a loooong line of brand new ones!

That didn't look too good for Toyota...

BTW, I remember when guys were saying "IF Honda built tractors, i'd buy one in a heart beat!"... Well, Honda did, and look at them now!!
