Operator issue? How can I make the machine have hydraulics that need to be replaced with 150hrs on it? Then deere came out and finally admits that the series have been having this problem and they need to order this new upgrade kit....sometimes people that would blame the customer in a case like this in a forum makes me think that person owns a dealership and would blame his customers the same way....deere has already admitted the fault is definitely theirs, but still does nothing for me as far as trying to make me happy. I have been months without a tractor

Bad operator; how dare you use your machine and expect results, and go so far as to think the manufacturer should help YOU with problems you obviously caused in the first place!:confused2::eek::shocked:
No tractor for months?! Shame on the customer for being so foolish to buy something that breaks and expecting a proper and timely fix! Who do you think you are, anyway?!

Seriously, I feel for you. Manufacturers today are totally nuts in how they handle customers and their issues, most often caused by the manufacturer's own lack of regard for quality control and numerous other oversights.
Keep plugging away at them and try your best to be as polite as possible, but don't settle for no as an acceptable answer, no matter how hard they push it in your direction.
We're with you....

Yeah - 'Blame the customer' is seldom a good strategy.

Why is it when someone has a tractor problem on here, some posters seem to blame the the tractor owner and root and toot the tractor company because they didn't have a problem with theirs, and say we want to hear from the tractor Co. and get there side of the story, news flash, these tractor companies know about this forum, why dont they get on here and respond, they wont because they dont want to deal with small time tractor owners with their concerns, just buy another one.

First time I've read about this big of a John Deere problem, wonder if JD's are coming from different places around the globe, maybe that could explain some good some bad. I've only heard of one big company in the world that reached out to the little man big time, Toyota, now if they only made tractors. Good luck with the tractor problem, hope it works out for you.

Amen to that. If Toyota made tractors I would be first inline!

First it was John Deere who forgot where they came from now it's Kubota following suit. Why is it when a company makes a good product and grows at a great pace then all of a sudden says they know better than their customers and a lot of their dealers who they tell how to run their business:thumbdown:

Maybe in the not too distant future, a Chinese NorTrac tractor will be the best tractor going, better than a John Deere or Kubota.
