Lot of fuss over a six foot invisible rabbit! (I've seen the movie). Seriously; I have relatives in the Houston/Beaumont area and so far are doing OK. Those in Beaumont have relocated to Dallas; Texas is in our prayers tonight.

I'm 200 miles from Houston and probably 400 miles away from Harvey. We're just now getting some rain, but nothing serious is predicted for us this far away. What's really amazing is that the high today might not hit 80 degrees. I don't know if that's going to be a record, but it sure was nice out!!!
Another oddity is that of my three pregnant goats, one had triplets at 5pm and the other two look like they are going into labor as I type this. Does atmospheric pressure cause goats to have babies?

I'm about 130 miles north of Houston and so far only a light drizzle (.37" rain) and no wind. They were predicting over an inch at our place by now and winds over 39 mph. So far that has not happened. Daughter's family lives in Houston and earlier reported just a normal rainy day. Doppler radar looks like we are between the rain bands.
It's not over yet, so we still need to watch it. Flooding seems to be the greatest concern.
