Hmm, with all these people deciding to change genders since they aren't happy with how God made them, I guess man's (or she-male's) best friend could need a gender reassignment as well. How do you know if your beagle needs a sex change? I don't want to neglect my pets needs.

No word of a lie, I've known female dogs to lift their legs to pee on something, and I've known male dogs to squat instead of lifting a leg.
