LOCKNLUBE GREASE COUPLER QUESTION

I have both models of the LockNLube...Std and XL. Each on a separate gun.
I've been using the standard unit of a couple years and have had no issues greasing with it. I had a couple fittings on the BH legs that needed to be addressed, but that's another discussion. This past spring I purchased a 72" rear finish mower. The grease fittings for the spindles are accessed through a side hole and too deep to get the standard LNL on and locked...I had to pull the covers. :(

With the XL it's a piece of cake!

Hmmm, I just got a LockNLube and just also found out that it won't reach the fittings on my finish mower! Rather than remove the covers, I'll look into the XL version.

There is another one out there but I don't remember the brand. I got it for $12 at a JD dealer and it works like an air hose chuck. Small as the regular fitting and never fails.

Hey guys got my new locknlube in the mail yesterday. Couldn't wait to give it a shot this morning. I hooked it to my continues feed air gun and it works like a dream. I got a Mahindra 2538 TLB about 45 zerks all together and she fit every one. I did have to turn the zerks on the tractor side of my down riggers but now there right where they need to be for next time.

I was searching on google and there are others that are cheaper and operate as you say. No one seems to talk about them.
