The stampede to buy brand new equipment has also been doing great things for us guys who prefer buying used. Tractors are designed to last 50 years/10,000 hours.....but right now there's a ton of 15 year old/1500 hour tractors on the market for less than half price with no sign of a let up.
And the used implement market is just as good.

Here is your next used gem! A 2018 B2650

It should have around 300 hours on it at around the time I've used it all up 🤣 IMG_20180109_165037987.jpgIMG_20180109_165149171.jpgIMG_20180109_170118299.jpgIMG_20180109_165200593.jpg

And what a dandy she is! Give her a few hundred hours of experience and she will be broke in, proven reliable, and ready to work another half century.
Please wax the hood for me, take care of any little warranty problems, and keep a book on the maintenance and upgrades.
Thank you,

Don't worry, I don't follow that service manual junk, they don't do enough. I'll do the 50 hour, and at that 50 hour I'll do everything.... Rear axle fluid, screen, filter, engine oil and filter, front axle fluid and both fuel filters. It will only get Kubota fluids and filters. You'll be buying a cherry unit in a couple years .

I don't wax, I stopped that archaic method a few years ago. It will get a 3 layer ceramic/glass nano-coating over the paint.

I could't agree more with the importance of the 50 hour service. Wish more people did too. In fact, we did that on the last used tractor we bought - actually it was my wife who bought it for me.... An M59 demo with showing 20 hrs on the clock.

Nano what?? What's that? Honestly though, no need to put yourself out. A good hard exterior wax should be be good enough. I'm sure my father would have laughed til he hurt himself at the idea that anyone might wax a tractor.

Scotty,

As soon as I got my used BX home, I washed it real good, degreased the entire thing, used a Porter Cable DA polisher with 4" Lake Country foam pads and Meguiars PlastX plastic polish and I made the engine cowling shine like new.

Then used the same machine and 4" finishing pad and polished the entire loader and hoe, then used a Flex forced rotation DA to polish the hood.

When I finished, I did an isopropyl alcohol wipe to decontaminate the paint from polishing oils, then finished it with Meguiars High Tech synthetic wax #26.

All black plastic was topped with Aerospace 303 UV protection.

It looked BETTER than a new one at the dealer.

I just did it again for the buyer coming Thursday to pick it up, these are the pictures as it is today with 156 hours on it.IMG_20180107_143219212.jpgIMG_20180107_143248960.jpg

For a while, I kept buying the same brand tractors ( and other toys) so they would be the same color. That worked until my wife started counting
