Wow, that is a hot grill. I will have to try that sometime, I have been grilling around 600. What temperature does everyone else grill at?
My Weber doesn't have a thermometer; I grill at "Hot", as opposed to "cool" "medium" "hot" and "very hot". A one inch rib eye I cook for about 7 or 8 minutes per side to get a medium cooked steak. Depending on variation in temp, I will turn my steaks once, sometimes twice.
