Lately feeling just a little better each day but it is slow progress. Last night was the first night I did not wake up coughing. If I could just make it through a half hour in the day I would be happier. Still get out of breath putting sox on boy, ect. Wife and I saw some cedar wax wings in the crab apple tree today. No crab apples but they were there checking it out. Wife said she had never seen them before.

Have a great night guys. Ed

Ed- One step, one breath, every single motor function = a "breath"...... I hope that you shake this off soon. This respiratory stuff really sucks any way it is defined.

The local, resident birds seem to be starting their Springtime "stuff" early; but no migratory bird activity here yet. This is a "different" year than most.

1.75" of snow fell here today. Season total snowfall = +44" = "underperforming"

It reads like a lot of us need some additional "+ energy" ...... My + thoughts, prayers, and wishes.

Good evening all. Yesterdays weather much like Bird's except 3.7 inches in rain gauge yesterday morning. Got a significant ice accumulation on trees, and limbs falling during the day. Lost power 3 PM to 9PM, WBS did fine job maintaining heat in house, warming soup etc. Did try another chain sharpening, better results, got some over length wood recut in between raindrops.
This morning 31F, rain, fog, 1.3 inches in rain gauge. High temp is 37F, more rain today, no riding since Monday. Lot of limbs have fallen due to Ice yesterday and today accumulating on the trees, have rescued some of the oak branches for firewood. Anyone know how long it takes live oak trees to dry out?

I agree, I do enjoy teaching. 14 months ago, I tore a rotator cuff and was on light duty in education for 3 months.. Had a blast. They thought they were going to have a permanent position open up back then, but budget said " no". They still haven't opened it up.

So far the showers have been one sprinkle late morning. Looks the rain missed us entirely, yahoo! Delivered my building this morning, it痴 bigger than the old one and required bit of tree trimming on the rear entrance to get it through the holly grove.
Strange as it seems having a building back on that spot restores a little normalcy to life.
My whole turmoil started when the old one burnt and things spiraled down from there, now it feels like something positive has happened. One less empty hole in life. Probably makes no sense to anyone but me.
Well had lunch, back to filling and leveling where the garage door ramp goes, I値l use the cheapie that came with it until I build one. Gotta dig up the power feed, hang a box and all that Jazz. Should keep me occupied for a while.

Randy, we all have our "pot holes" in life. I was giving the 12 year old daughter a sermon the other night and told her that some days are just plain ole crap sandwiches.

So much to catch up on.

Glad to see Ed, BEF, Bups doing better. Ron and Randy (and I bet Drew) have sore arms and shoulders. No fun.

RNG, glad you made it home safe albeit $75 lighter. Sounds like nasty weather. I might have taken the low road there too. Not a fan of cold weather riding.

PJS, I like headphones when you need to keep the sound levels down, but they don't do much for "driving the roaches out of the walls." I've had senheisers, Koss, AKG. But I would guess that a good pair of wireless bluetooth earbuds are decent enough. I still want a pair of the tractor tunes.

Hope all continue pushing the rock up the hill. Prayers for Brian too. Maybe he'll write some memoirs.

Eric, I'm going to count sheep here in a few minutes.

Good night.
