Getting our Morton 30x50 built in June. 30x50x16. $38,000 Sure could have used it over the week-end working on the tractor...It was a rainy week-end !

Friend of mine got his 30x50x14 done just before winter set in. $22K. No roof overhang. Two 12x12 overheads, two windows, one walk-in, insulation wrapped.

There are a tremendous number of variables in this type of construction. Each of those variables can be hidden from the quick glance. Each can move the price considerably. Finish trim is another area that changes cost dramatically. As does dimension of framing lumber.

What materials are used and how they are constructed can vary with location. Wind load and heat/cold being the most considered.

Correct I have a 65psf snow load 1' overhang all around ,1 man door 4' x6'8'' ,1 16x14 double sliding door , 1 3'6'' cupola

That was a very thorough contract they give you !! I will pour a floor myself later on. I thought about a cupola but didn't get one.

I'm storing hay so I wanted it plus vented soffit and the fabric on the roof panels (formed dry panel )
