no hydraulics can be added ????? ... the end of my dream ??

Hi Everybody

Last year I posted on here because I wanted to add hydraulics to my Chinese tractor. Local hydraulics "specialists" laughed at me because of my Chinese garbage and said I had been fooled.
So I got curious and ended up here.

My story is still out here but I do want to end it in beauty !!!

I got lots of nice and friendly reactions out here but I have to admit that most of it was like Chinese to me as I knew literaly nothing about hydraulics or tractors for that matter. Yeah, why by a tractor if you are a geek like me ?! Well, I started with a shovel but got blisters and way to tired hahaha

Anyway, There was one person out here who proposed to help personally. Dave, I can not thank you enough for having been my superhero out here !!!!!!! During several months Dave patiently listened, did research for me, contacted professionals etc etc. Nothing seemed to much for him to help me understand the basics of things and guide me from the most simple things to the more complicated stuff ....

I have the biggest esteem for a man who understands how to place himself in the shoes of an ignorant and stay patient and friendly and understanding !!!

This may sound exagerated to you people but to me he is THE example of the best neighbour one can ever dream to have !!!

I greatly appreciate the thanks from Marcel.

He now has two rear remotes controlled by a valve block similar to one for a FEL.

The 3 pt hitch is fed from a high pressure carry over sleeve in the FEL valve body.

Just finding where the HPCO sleeve was installed (all internal to the FEL valve) took tech support on several continents.

The Chinese labels on everything was a big problem and needed translation. A priority valve and a hydraulic pump look identical.

Google does not have a Chinese translation service I could find.
The manual he was given was for a different tractor series.

Working with Marcel was great. He would be getting advice from so called hydraulic tech's in France and England but would return to follow the path I set out for him.
He now has a safe installation working the way he wants.

It is kind of scary to find experts saying: "just use the tank port to feed another circuit" Further, the specification pressure limitations of the valve's tank port mean nothing to these experts.

Lets start with the fact that there was NO valve block and go from there.

There were no SCV's nor FEL

Send me your email and I will forward my 100+ emails to you so you can dig further and advise the next buyer of a Chinese tractor on how to reach a solution when the owner has zero knowledge.

Clean after using 200 hours.(in gasoline, use soft brush to clean the dirt).

A confusing situation. Order a power beyond sleeve and invoice calls it a Grub screw.

The hydraulic reservoir is not the transmission but a sealed container under the lift arm and piston.
