Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

Ouch, sorry to hear that Pumpguy. I try to always unplug my compressor but do forget on occasion. All I can picture is a hose bursting and my compressor burning up but not as in flames. Now I have a new image in my head for why to unplug it.

This thread is going to ****. First people dieing from MEK and now shops burning down. I'm going to HF and binge on cheap tools to cheer myself up.

Ha ha, I did that the other day. 99 cent flapper disks with a coupon. Free magnet. Good stuff.

I'm going out to my shop and checking that I turned the compressor off!

... Dang. Compressor didn't start with the switch pushed in or pulled out. I've forgotten which is 'run'.

Gauge shows 100 psi and hasn't leaked down in the 6 hours since I used it. (and I would have heard it if it started). That's amazing for 100% HF products clear out to the blow gun.

I unplugged it.

I run my compressor line with all steel black pipe to a ball valve, after the ball valve I have a Tee fitting with 2 quick connects and a 50' line on each quick connect. When not in use, the ball valve is kept closed. That way there is no pressure left in the hose to fatigue it and no rubber hose to ever burst when not attended. I also have the compressor in the bottom of a 2 story home garage, and I work in the upper level. I don't even know when the compressor is running. Before, I have a Craftsman 40 gallon POS compressor in the upper bays, that thing was unbearable loud! I hated it.

Very slowly. The last time I ordered something from them (before we had a store nearby) it took over 2 weeks to get here.

Ordered a bunch of stuff on the 6th late at night, all here by the morning of the 14th.

I got the 1000 lb lift table on sale and can't be happier!
Heavy duty built, works like it should, solid, and decent casters.

I tryed it today with a 800 lb weight and it picked it up trouble free.

Worth the 200 bucks I paid on sale.

Yeah I got the 500lb (didn't have 1000lb in stock) and I'm happy with it. Very useful.
