Kubota M62
I just bought a new Kubota M62 (no hydraulics) and would like to get some pallet forks. Can anyone provide recommendations for what pallet forks might be better than others? Kubota dealer sells the Land Pride brand for approx. $920.00. E-bay or Amazon sells some for as low as $550.00.

I also looked at e-bay n found some forks that have a spear to allow for moving large bales, something I might do once or twice a year..

Also, anyone have another less expensive option for getting a 12" backhoe bucket? Dealer wants $1000.00. the new unit came with a 24" quick attach. Any recommendations appreciated.

No personal experience (yet), but Titan makes a few models of forks with removable bale spears. Ex. - Titan 48" Pallet Fork Hay Bale Spear Attachment 55 lb Capacity for Skid Steer (but check out the other models as well)

I was looking at a lighter set for my Kioti. Prices seemed a few hundred less than a comparable set of forks from other manufacturers, and they seem pretty well regarded around here. They also offer free shipping.

I have bought several items from Titan, including add to bucket forks and finally SSQA fixed forks. Their implements are heavy duty and reasonable prices and they almost always have a sale going on with around 10% off, they do today in fact. Register on their site and then they will email you sales.

A second vote for Titan. Import quality, often with poor paint, but the stuff holds up well and is a great value for the money.

I have those. Have yet to use the bale spears, but the forks work well on my L4060. I've hit 1 fork with all 1,900lbs of lift force I can muster on several occasions. The tips aren't perfectly level, but I dont remember if they started that way & they are pretty close.

One of my forks has an OEM hole in the end (for a ball mount). Had some issues with the order, but they sorted things out. Ended up with a spare fork out of the deal, although I think it's a bit shorter.

Basically I'd buy em again. I'd have preferred their made in America line of forks, but that line doesn't have the bale spear mounts. Would have gotten them for a few extra bucks if they had the mounts for the bale spears.

I bought

ETA-COMP-PF-4848 Inch Compact Tractor Pallet Forks by Everything Attachments 3000 lb capacity

For my L6060HSTC. I guarantee the tractor will break before the forks. I picked up 20 rubber mats Saturday at 72# each about 4” not against the back of the forks (couldn’t go in that far). Tractor could barely curl the bucket in and was barely able to lift them but it did. No issues whatsoever. My other bites were limited to 15 mats so I could curl them up more to make sure I could set them down somewhat level on my pile.

Got a great deal on used mats and decided to mat the gravel parts of our barn.

Being in a Very similar spot to buy forks for the exact same tractor are you still happy with 48" vs 42".

Thanks Charles

42" minimum, but I'm happy with my 48". 48" sticks through most pallets a bit (6" I'd assume, guessing most pallets are 42"), but gives you more option.

I bought these forks a couple days ago.. They are very heavy and seem well built.
