At the risk of being sissified, is that acceptable use of the classifieds? There's quite a collection for sale there right now, under a listing of John Deere.
I believe that if we're to protect our rights we also need to accept responsibilities. If I'm out of line then so be it.

I’m not sure the issue. Firearms are transferred all the time. Different areas have different laws. However, none of them exclude advertising.

I shouldn't have posted this. I didn't see if they do or don't allow unlicensed dealers to sell guns on TBN.

May be wrong but if they are shipping a gun whether dealer or not it must be shipped to Federal Firearm Licensed dealer. I think the dealer that receives it has to do the background verification and licensing. If the person does not pass that they do not get the gun. Now I am not a licensed dealer so may be off some on those details.

It just seemed odd to find a gun dealer (?) listing on a tractor site- under the heading " 1987 John Deere ". At first I thought that it might be Roy Jackson, but his heading would read Several AR-15s...

I am a licensed dealer and the above is correct

Personally I dont care if someone is selling firearms in the microwave and washing machine section, just as long background checks are done by a licence somebody. How exactly does this selling receiving firearms work, if a firearm goes to a dealer does that dealler get paid a percentage or something for doing background checking?

Oldpath05, can only speak of here the receiving dealer charges say $25 to $35 for that. Not saying all dealers are in this price range.
