That's very interesting. I always thought there must be idiots selling things on Amazon, due to all the goofed up listings. Turns out Amazon is the idiot!

How was the packaging?
Did they ship it in a box?
Amazon still has my listings so messed up, because you wrote that you left I review I just went to check my reviews and last I looked I had 118 reviews, now only 48 and none recent. It's so frustrating so darned frustrating. I am going to work on getting them to put all my reviews back, but first I have to get them to show all my products. I learned with Amazon, one step at a time.

Rox did you ship any 3 quart containers of oil ?
I've got a 2 quart container of Aglandau being delivered on Tuesday.

I didn't feel I was on long enough on Amazon, developed enough of a customer base yet to ship the 3 liter sizes. I will watch how it goes for this year and if sales stay strong then next year I will ship 3L sizes. For the current time the biggest I shipped was the 2 Liter sizes.

Oh boy I hope Dan got his Aglandau order in for a 2L as on this pallet to Amazon I only shipped 3, and you bought 2 so I hope Dan got an order in as he sure does like that Aglandau. I shipped 21 different products on this shipment to Amazon and I could not go deep on the 2L sizes, I did ship all my 0.25L (8oz) bottles in this first shipment. I wanted to minimize the fulfillment warehouse in Ohio having to pick & ship to many different products going forward, so I shipped like all of the 0.25L bottles so that is 6 less product they will have to paw through. IF Amazon would not have instituted a monthly storage Fee I would have sent more now.

Amazon still does not have my 2L AOC de Provence checked in at all. Instead they counted it as 3 AOC de Provence in the one liter size. I have to wait 14 days before I am permitted to ask them to fix that receiving error. So even though it is there, no 2L AOC shows available. ONCE ALL my listings show up, ONCE all my products are properly checked in from this shipment, then I will send more 2L Aglandau from my Ohio Fulfillment warehouse.

I come here because all y'all lift up my spirits. When I am feeling down, like I am now, so frustrated with having to work through the layers of Amazon support when I am already registered as the brand owner at Amazon so the software should permit me to make changes without getting permission, I get so down that I need to come here to get my spirit lifted. You never ever ever fail to make me feel better. This site and the people in this community are the best people on the internet. Okay there are one or two that earn an eye roll, but 99.99% of all of you are all extremely knowledgeable, talented, (I was going to throw in good looking ha-ha-ha), and just down to earth people. We have everybody on here from all walks of life and from around the world, it's just such a great community, each one of you makes my life better. I come here when I need to take my mind off of things, and also when I'm really really happy about something. I used to post a LOT in the early days, but then we got the hang of farming and tractoring and I didn't need so much advice. Ya know, we learned. A lot of times I would read but not post but I have always been here for over 10 years now. You lift me up, you really do.

Now back to fighting with Amazon to get them to fix their errors.
