I think that is a double split on hairs. If something is not going to be sold in a market.. it wasn't 'meant' for that market.
In fact.. you could go so far to say that they are not originally sold in this market because they are not meant for it. Kind of a recursive argument, beacuse both have nearly the same meaning... which comes down to a ? grammar issue?
