We'll hope for not too much longer. The struggle to get these out remains and we've had some delayed AR steel deliveries. We're doing everything in our power to get these things shipped in a not too untimely manner.

David from California picked up his highly functional work of art yesterday, AKA Wicked 60!! The beastly EA Xtreme land plane isn't too shabby either, and it will provide almost 800 pounds of usable, efficient ballast.
It will be spending most of it's time attached to his Kubota L3800.

Thoughts on an ultra-lightweight aluminum grapple?

Roughly half the weight
Better local dent resistance
Less shipping cost
Would require steel wear teeth and bushed hinge points
And cost somewhere over 2x the cost to manufacture.

I think you would find a very small market for such a grapple (not saying it is not a good idea) , not only that from my understanding aluminum is hard to weld/repair and is a bear to get them together (aluminum and steel) and then you have the different metal reaction. Apparently steel and aluminum are like me and my in laws, LOL.
EA already has quite a impressive following, heck I ordered one and know it has a 9-12 week delivery time and I have NO patience. Not sure they need to take on another grapple. That said steel prices are rising (a great deal) yet EA has stayed committed to keeping there prices where they were. Not sure how much longer they can continue. At the end of the day they have to make $$$.
