New truck #@$%@#&

I am going with new 4x4 decals on our 2010 and have noticed several 4WD without the 4x4 decals. Not everyone likes them it seems and not all truck makers use them it seems. Our old ones are a faint golden color that just do not grab me.
My '97 f350 4x4 doesn't have decals. If I recall correctly, I ordered it with a decal delete; I don't remember removing them myself. I don't like decals...

Amen...

One thing to look at and tool down the road... another to actually have to work out of.

That's where vans are nicer (preaching@choir :)) - even the factory 4x4 ones have a reasonable load-height.

My arithmetic OCD has me wanting to draw a line and write 16 when I see those.

Fortunately, I'm not into vandalism. :)

That took a minute to sink in. :D

Ditto.

I* completely de-badged my '15 Ram, and replaced both front and rear emblems with non-brand specific billet aluminum ones. If someone can't tell it's a 4x4 Ram with a Hemi, they probably don't care.

*actually, the dealer did it for me, at no charge :)

The only numbers you have is a single person in a sealed compartment takes 25 minutes to reach the CO2 limit. I don’t see any numbers for the real world where the HVAC fan is operating in the vehicle and the compartment is not sealed ?
I have done more gas testing and calibration of life safety test equipment such as the Draeger 7000 than the majority of folk here.

There are lots of papers and studies out there on interior air quality. Low O2, high CO2, and high VOCs are apparently
a problem that affects drivers, esp when ventilation is limited. That "new truck smell" is actually somewhat toxic (VOCs).
You may dismiss it, but it does exist. Some of us also feel the stuffiness of recirculated air sooner than others.

I do that anyway. I tend to use maximum cold setting and adjust the fan speed accordingly.

That's actually what I do. Just got back from a 7 hour drive from Lake Charles. Fortunately it stayed overcast most of the way so it was set it and forget it.

We buy strip down trucks for our company all the time. They'll sell em to anyone. They're not really cheap, but are certainly less expensive than my personal truck with all the frills.
