Whenever I see a roadside fireworks stand I think of the fireworks scene from the movie "Joe Dirt."
That would be 4 generations of my family

Last time we picked some up, we had 4 generations out there setting off mortars in the back yard

We are considerate about it and invite the neighbors over for the show.
Years ago we got into a contest at my buddies father in laws lake house. Competition was with a house across the bay for the rest of the losers booze

We set off our grand finale, which was decent we thought. Well the people across the lake stomped us into the pavement with there's

We scrounged and all we could find was a little bottle rocket left. So we touched it off not wanting to admit defeat. That little bottle rocket flew into a really dry pine tree, and before it popped, it managed to catch the tree on fire
Anyway, picture a pine tree tossed into a burn pile. The tree went up almost as fast. Sent us scrambling for the garden hoses to keep everything else from going up.
A couple minutes after the tree was put out, we hear a boat fire up, and the house across the lake sends over a couple cases of beer :cool2: They were afraid that we were gonna torch the camp, rather then admit defeat :confused2:
