I stop at the nspaper stand and scan the top half of the front page, but I would never take it out of the stand and certainly not unfold it. That is the same as stealing because they can’t sell it at that point.Our little town has a weekly paper, it comes out once a week. It's been like that for about 60 years. Most all the retail stores in town sell it.
I have seen people stand in the isle beside the cash register at the gas station and read the paper front to back, fold it up haphazardly, put it back on the news stand and walk out. Never buying a thing.

I also get much of my news on here and a similar site. I find that most big news stories are covered on here and generally, there is someone who knows the details of the story, the area, or the industry.Actually, I dont really watch or listen to the news much at all anymore and don't miss it, I can find out pretty much everything I need to know just from listening to you guys.:laughing:
