Looking good Richard. Did you get much rain from this last front? Hope it didn’t interfere with construction.

Looking good Richard. Did you get much rain from this last front? Hope it didn’t interfere with construction.

We've made some progress but it's been slow. They worked the 22nd and 23rd of August. Since then it's been less than two full days at a time due to weather delays.

I'll try to get more pictures attached in the next couple days.

Been having computer problems. My old laptop is laying down on me so I bought a new one. Dell Inspiron. I keep my files on a USB storage device. The new computer won't let me open the folder this project is stored in. Old laptop opens it fine. New computer says I don't have permission. Windows 10. Any ideas???? :mur:

We'll sell that property to fund the build project. Plan to do this without a mortgage. We'll see. :)

I am in the process of doing the same thing. Except in reverse. We are closing on the 17th on a small mini farm (7 acres and a home). Once we close, we are going to immediately build a 30 x 50 barn with a 16 foot over hang on one side for RV storage. We currently have 10 acres in a very upcoming and fast developing area of Dallas. Going to sit on that for 5 more years or so, then sell it and pay off our mini farm. (fingers crossed).

The view that you have there is beautiful! Looking forward to more pictures as you progress.

Google "how to change permissions in windows 10" . I tried to attach the site but on this phone, I gave up.

Thanks Ed. R19 batt insulation in the walls and R40 blow in insulation in the ceiling. OSB wall liner. Metal panel ceiling liner. Hydro radiant floor heat. I expect my shop to be as comfortable as my house. I spend a lot of time there during Winter. I'm Blessed and spoiled. :)
