This LIMITED Autographed Immortal CD Ann wilson of heart could be an interesting album, even if you aren't normally an Ann Wilson fan. I just heard her version of 'life in the fast lane" on the radio.

I remember a high-school buddy pulling up in front of my parent's place years ago, when I was out cutting grass.

I asked him about the "new" wheels he was driving..... a big 'ol Ford LTD. He said "Engine runs good, brakes are good, but the doors are so rusty that if I crank up Barracuda, I'll probably lose some doorskins !".

Hadn't thought about that day in a long time......

In 1997 I took my daughters - high school sophomore and first year jr hi - to see some timeless 'culture' from back in the day.

The Rolling Stones at Oakland Coliseum.

Younger daughter after the final piece. Jumpin Jack Flash: Dad!!! I didn't think anybody as old as you could dance like that!!!

Ha! In 2015 on July 4th, I took my wife and our 16 and 21 year old daughters to see the Stones at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 3rd time we've seen them. Still a great show. Still moving. The kids have been listening to them since they were born. Had a great time.

It's been a tough couple of years for those guys. His son and Gregg's are coming to town soon, I may go check them out.

I didn't know she'd done that. I love the idea of Ann doing more covers. Heart's '78 cover of Badfinger's Without You is probably my favorite rock cover of all time. Her voice on that still gives me goosebumps to this day.
