I finished up cleaning up a rocky acre of pasture. Three weeks ago I used the grapple and the backhoe to pull out the big rocks which I used to hold, stabilize and filter the downslope side of the pasture before it drains into the beginning of a creek. I then used the box blade to separate out the mediums sized rocks and fill in the biggest of the holes from the removed rocks. Then it rained 14 inches in three weeks which broke our drought and settled all the soil into the excavated holes.

Then yesterday after work I used my grader to level smooth everything out while using it and the tractor to create the downhill wall. Finally, today I spent 8 hours with the landscape rake cleaning the small stones and smoothing the whole thing out. Now it's time for the grass to take off as much as it can before we get our first frost in two months. I'll overseed with winter rye and then ready for the magic of spring. Tomorrow it's back to clearing cedar.

After thinking I wanted one with a swivel seat, I found I didn't like it after all. Made a small jump seat for the BH using some angle iron, boards, cotton batting and blue naugahyde.

Ran fuel down to empty, put 9 1/2 gal. in the tank to fill it up. Gauge must be close. Graded the road, after filling holes. Not much seat time this weekend.

Cut grass with my 6 ft Woods finish mower yesterday evening and played with cruse control set RPM to 2400 just tap the brake to cut it off, I really like the cruse feature for grass cutting.

Looked at it as I walked by. Too hot and I just wasn't in the mood to do anything else.

haven't used it today, yesterday I did bush hog a couple of acres for a guy, and scrape his road in. Dug some water run off trenches on the part of the road that was hilly.

First time I've used the 5 ft box blade, I wasn't sure it would pull it full of dirt/gravel, but I'll say I was very impressed with this tractor pulling that box blade UP HILL full of dirt. yes I was in 4 wheel drive, but it never even stuttered a bit.

I did mess up my bush hog, backed up to turn around, and hit a stump I didn't know was back there, and bent one side of it completely under. J Bar standard duty. I wouldn't intentionally hit a stump with it, but even an accident caused a LOT of damage.....already wasn't pleased with it for a couple of different reasons. I may get it fixed and get rid of it and try to find something built a little bit better
