It’s actually much different. Out of the firearm deaths how many were accidents? The self inflicted and murders are likely to still happen another way.

I'm not going to disagree with you. Being that I consider myself "pro gun", I may even agree with you. However, someone who is "anti gun" might, and argue that guns have no place in our society. Seems like a lot of people who are anti gun really do throw up statistics on why guns should be outlawed. However, since I'm guessing the majority of members here are white, middle class and own both property and firearms, I'm guessing we don't have to many "anti gun" people here who would believe in any stats a "anti gunner" would throw out.

Whoever thought guns were #1?

I’m assuming those that keep spewing forth the gun comments?

Let’s talk about heart disease since this is a pet thread and heart disease is number 1. My dog died of heart disease, man I miss that dog.

Well, I have made the analogy from dogs to guns myself, but I would never consider guns to be the number one killer. FYI;)

OK, just when I think I know most of the popular internet slang and acronyms in use today, this one has me stumped. I did read many, but not all, posts in this thread and didn't see anyone inquire as to the meaning of SSS. Someone please bring me up to speed.

I will take a guess and say: shoot, shovel, and ? (shut-up perhaps).

You asked me a direct question, that question being what I considered a "gun collection" some posts ago on this same thread, and I gave you a direct answer.

I asked you a direct question per this thread on a PM you sent me (which I couldn't understand per your comment), and you did NOT answer my question.

So, why I should I attempt to answer your question / questions when you won't afford me the same in return?

I get it...

You're ticked that I called you out on another thread, because the reality is YOU don't have control over your own dogs. That said, until you afford me the same courtesy that I afford you, I see no reason why you should ever ask me another question again.

Just curious Siggy, how do you know so much about my reality! So nice to the new members here. What a guy!

That's how I've always taken it.

As menioned before, even if you're right, sometimes it's best just not to say anything.

I'm curious Sigarms - do you think you could please be *right* more often and keep all that to yourself. Or do you just like being a TROLL too much?

Since this has now morphed into attack every thing Sig says I'll leave now.
I don't agree with everything that he says, but Sigarms is a stray dog's best friend. So he has the right to be a little rabid when talking about them. ;)
