Where are these clowns located? Reminds me of a diesel generator rebuild project i had yrs ago. Had to terminate contract for non performance, then found they had used wrong parts. Then found they billed for new parts and used rebuilt parts, so fraud charges....

I drove thru that area this summer, left Lamberts, crossed river at cairo, took 286 to paducah.

I've bought a few items from them and never had a problem.

I needed a radiator for a B7100 which I bought with the head off and parts in boxes. It had no radiator. I call West Kentucky Tractor Parts and got a positive response of having one. They called back with a price and reported it in good condition with shroud. I called them back a couple of days later to get it on order. The lady I talked to was out because of a snow storm, but the one answering the phone that day said she could help. She looked it up and sold it for $25 less than was told earlier.

I received it in a timely manner, was packaged nice with no damage, had shroud and cap. That was about 2 years ago and I'm still using that tractor.

It's pretty easy to get on the negative band wagon, but if I need parts in the future I will not hesitate to contact them.

I am sure many people never have had issues.

But selling enough parts to make money and pay the employees they have....they have to sell quite a bit in a year.

Seems the only ones with issues are the ones that have had to return parts. Then they try to screw you over.

I have done nothing wrong. They sent me a wore out block out of a non turbo mx4700 and told me it was out of a mx5100 and only needed rings, bearings, and seals with no machinning. Set my project back by a week, and now somehow it's my fault, my fault a girl with a newborn got fired, my fault I cost them alot of money and an employee. They cursed at me over the phone and got irate and belligerent twice. And now they act like they are doing me a favor offering to refund the sales price, but making me eat shipping costs....I, will NEVER call them for a part again.

they not only told LD they had an engine for an MX5100, They also told me they had one. Then, sent him a 4800 non turbo engine. I'll never contact them again for anything
