Update on RX6010 with low hours motor failure

"sleeves" ... what we call 'keepers'(?) .. the little 'split sleeves' that lock valves into spring 'retainers'. ...
I wondered about that scenario. The parts catalog lists those keepers as "collet, valve spring." If it swallowed a valve that would seriously damage the head, piston, and maybe the bore, crank, connecting rod, and bearings. Maybe even crack or bend the block. But would that blow out the block heater without the hoses blowing first? This would seem a pretty rare failure if that's what happened.

I'm with you guys on this. Something is suspect here. If a collet (perhaps called a sleeve in this case for whatever reason) failed and dropped a valve, a mechnanic would call that a dropped valve, not a "failed sleeve"

I hope VTDT can shed some light on this. All content of this thread, and the first thread aside, I think this is the most important information to be discussed here.

What say you OP?

it's just Kioti- "I have talked with a number of different brand dealers and they have all guaranteed me that if something like that happened with the brand they sell a new motor would be installed free of charge." now that makes sense, a manufacturing defect like that should be covered!..
Typical ridicules radios1 Kioti section response.
He has no idea what the failure is.
No idea what the cause is.
1 year out of warranty, then makes the claim that all other mfg's would have warrantied.

Still unclear what exactly failed and what you were doing when it failed.
OP has 2 separate threads on this issue but still can't get such basic information ????

OP is probably XYZ brand employee. I’d put exactly zero trust in this thread if I was tractor shopping. He probably is on the same payroll of the tread with the broken Kioti backhoe a while back.

This isn't the only thread vague on details. I've seen similar on other sites too including computer support boards. Seems to be the new thing to do. Tell a tale with no details and expect full support. Ask for help, but answer no questions.

What do you say now hot rod?Lost your audience?Heck you even lost the original phony poster. But that might be Kiotis fault also.

I apologize for not spending the previous years posting exciting action shots of me bush hogging and spreading manure.
Ya I bet your are.Are you radios1 little brother?
