Than you have to give us something. They have to have some reason that they are eluding to as too why this 20 hour, brand new, warranted and broken tractor is not going to get warranty coverage. Otherwise, you pretty much look like your being deceptive to us by claiming that Kubota who is notorious for great customer service and great products is suddenly turning evil and is out to get poor old you for no reason whatsoever.

Your holding back critical need to know information, and my suspicions are that your doing this because you know in your heart of hearts that they are in the right and you... Well you are not.

I could be wrong. If so, I'm sorry for thinking this way. But as it stands I'm going with my gut. Your trying to pull some shady crap.

I'm not in favor of brand protection deletions.

I’m not when there are facts presented. There is no information presented here that any of us can form opinions from. Innuendo with no substantiation.
So far what I’ve taken from this is there was a $300 repair made that Kubota will not cover for reasons that are not divulged and the OP refuses to pay the dealer for. The dealer completed the repair and remains unpaid.

We have to respect that the OP doesn't want to go into detail about the problem. It could be from something he did by mistake or from a factory issue that should be covered. I can only guess that Kubota came to the conclusion that it was an operator error. But it's just that, an assumption. Without more facts trying to assign blame and who should pay is impossible. But that wasn't what he was asking either.
