Kubota Warranty Appeal/Review Procedure

Does anyone know the procedure to appeal the denial of a Kubota warranty claim?

Issue is complicated and lengthy so will not try to explain details here but certainly something that Kubota would not deny if all of the details and the sequence of events were known by a person having the authority to reevaluate the situation. Need to speak with a person rather than a computer.

I've already spoken to both dealer and Kubota, as those who have read the earlier posts in the thread know. Three page letter for appeal has been composed and sent. Was hoping to avoid that but apparently cannot.

My inquiry was about the warranty appeal procedure only. That's all I needed. Am not requesting public adjudication of issue. No need to relate issue for such inquiry, lengthy or otherwise, and I do not care to air any laundry here.

Certainly no brand bashing. I've 5 Kubota machines and have been well pleased with all. I've no other brands other than three vintage Fords.

Puzzled as to why some posters are attempting to find "brand bashing," "shady crap," etc., herein, when there is none.

We have to respect that the OP doesn't want to go into detail about the problem. It could be from something he did by mistake or from a factory issue that should be covered. I can only guess that Kubota came to the conclusion that it was an operator error. But it's just that, an assumption. Without more facts trying to assign blame and who should pay is impossible. But that wasn't what he was asking either.

It wasn't what he was asking, but there may good reason his claim was denied.
We simply don't know without some basic/simple information the OP is not supplying.

If it were me, I'd be makin' a fuss one way or another. Maybe not over the $300 issue, but the possibility of future handling of other issues that might come up.

That's one of the most disturbing concerns, Diggin.

Unless I can resolve this in the dealer's favor, or pay the claim for which I am not responsible, legally or otherwise, neither Kubota nor my dealer will help me if it happens again.

So far what I致e taken from this is there was a $300 repair made that Kubota will not cover for reasons that are not divulged and the OP refuses to pay the dealer for. The dealer completed the repair and remains unpaid.

Based on my experiences with Ford, I can't make that jump.
