I also like wood, my wife often wants me to paint bare wood and I will not do it unless it is poor quality wood.

The company that built the cabinets was very happy we went with the wood look. He said all they do nowdays is white. I really like the natural look of wood.

Looks good Lynn. Our place is trimmed in wood except for the 2 rooms wife decorated. They are white.

It's hard to tell from the picture but I had the rock guys install some small flat rocks horizontally like a shelf. I have a few antique model Amoco/Standard oil trucks that I thought would look nice being displayed instead of sitting in the box in a drawer somewhere. :laughing:
