Your experience was similar to mine. Arrived ahead of schedule, and painless purchasing process. Post updates on tasks you complete with the tractor. :drink:

Will do. I briefly started on making a road down to my pond but have paused that to make a spot for another structure to house the tractor. I will definitely post updates on all of that. I'm itching to get going on these projects but work and rain have kept me.

I bought a bx1800 brand new in about 2003. That thing is a beast, and has done everything I've asked for, with almost no mechanical problems.
Here lately, I've been getting the itch to upgrade tractors. Would like something a little larger, with a fel. REALLY love the RK24, and will probably pull the trigger as soon as i pay off my wife's present i bought a couple years ago(her car). So, maybe early next summer.
So, with all that bs out of the way, really looking forward to your updates and reviews on the RK24.
What grapple did you go with? The one i see on their website is a grapple/bucket combo, that's not what i want. Did you finance grapple/3rd function in with the tractor?
Thanks in advance.

I have not got the grapple/3rd function yet. As I understand it I will be getting as soon as its offered. I have not financed any of it so I really can't offer you any input on that other than I believe you can finance it. I was under the impression it was a traditional style grapple. I am no interested in the bucket combo either. I will validate with my salesman but maybe the RK rep kn here can chime in.

Communicated with Chuck and I am under the impression it is like a root grapple not a bucket top.

I really like the RK24, seems like a very capable little machine. I wish there was an RK tractor dealer close to me!

Made my first mistake. My patients got the best of me. Really needed to let it dry out some more before I started that.

Tried my hand at my drive way. Not 100% but happy for a first go at it.

In in NC and it's the same here. We have had a ridiculous amount of rain here. Work on the road to the pond and the back side of the property is a no go. I really should wait to clear where I'm putting the building but its killing me to see all this stuff out in the rain. The mud pic was from Saturday. Yesterday I was able to get a bit done. I am super impressed with what this lil guy will do. I put the hoe on it and started to break up the mounds behind my shed. Side note... always block your hoe when you remove it. ALWAYS. Lesson learned. At any rate I still got a pile of work done. Will add pics later of that.
