L45 vs L47 vs 110TLB? Which to buy?

My 310 is rated for 9,300 pound breakout force at the bucket edge and 6,600 full full height lift at the pin. These blocks are 24 cubic feet of concrete each so that’s about 7500 pounds. It would lift them but I didn’t have the stability to handle them on that downgrade. I think it would easily beat the 6,600 pound lift on level ground.

Is there any practical difference between a L39 and a L45? I知 probably going to trade my L3800 for one of the 2. I wouldn稚 be against a l47 but not likely to be found in a price I want to pay. I wasn稚 completely against a b26 until I realized you couldn稚 swivel the seat while sitting in it. The local Kubota dealer doesn稚 have a L39 or a 45 in stock so I haven稚 sat in either one. The primary use is going to be loader work and the loaders look identical.

L39: 3cyl engine, L45 4 cyl. The obvious HP differences of course
L39 has GST transmission meaning it is geared 12 F/8R, L45 is HST+.
Backhoe specs are the same.
L45 FEL has 4500lbs breakout, L39 is 3500. Curiously enough full height at pins they are the same at about 2800.

I would say the most significant difference is the transmission.

I hadn’t noticed the breakout force difference. Any guesses on how much difference there would be in the machines loading logs on a truck? I don’t really care about the backhoe specs although they appear the same. I’m also not very worried about the HP difference. I also wasn’t aware that the L39 was only offered in shuttle shift. I don’t think I’ll mind as long as no clutching is required. I’ve yet to find either machine locally so I haven’t sat on either one.

I have both the B26 and the L45 and I like both. you are correct in not being able to sit down and turn around on the B26 but if you learn where to put your feet you don't have to get off the machine. the L45 is just a big brother to the B26 a few more nice to have items and it doesn't take as long to dig a hole. according to what I am doing as to which tractor I jump on and the backhoe being easy to remove and replace is great. I really like the quick connect skid steer connection on the FEL and I have several pieces of equipment that I swap out regularly. I chose the 45 over the 47 because of the DEF system. Good luck

I am 5'6" and I can do it with out getting up, but you do have to turn your foot a little to the side but I have no problem doing it.

I am 6 ft. On the l47 I am not limber enough to do it in the seat and I am middle age. I would say for me it was a no while sitting. I could step around the seat though. I didn’t have to get off the machine.

The JD 110 is no longer made and if it had a quick attach on the FEL, it is JD's. You have to buy other options with that in mind. I loved this tractor years ago, but as they got older, a lot of problems with the transmissions.
