What teams will play in the next Superbowl?

The reality is though is that the sport is a dying game.
Pro football is not a sport, it's a business. That's why all the fuss over a blown call or no call. Big $$$$$ involved. Not just game wise, but celebratory status, advertising endorsements and all the free perks, etc.

Just think how much more unfair pro football would be if it was run like college football, where all the best players could just pick one team to go to, so that that team would always be in the top spot and that team would make the most money off the games.

No, I'm not picking on Alabama fans.

On a sidenote, and a really dumb question, but I understood every words those guys were saying, so they can't really be from Louisiana are they?

I trained/worked with a guy from Louisiana for a couple of weeks in Pensacola and Alabama area. Guy was an intelligent LSU grad, but I mean dang, it took me a couple of days working with him in person until I could kind of figure out what he was saying. Gave me a whole new perspective to "Cajun talk" LOL

Cajuns are from formerly French-speaking Southwest Louisiana mainly. The vast majority of Louisiana residents have no Cajun blood especially in the New Orleans area.

This info I took off the internet is pretty accurate:

The area of Lafayette, Louisiana is at the heart of Louisiana's Cajun and Creole Country, an area known as the happiest City in America. The rich cultural history, the tasty culinary scene and the distinctive Cajun and Zydeco music are all part of the cultural legacy created by the diverse people who settled here Acadian, Creole, French, African, Spanish, Italian and Native Americans.

Dialects can be interesting, but seems cajun was it's own language unto itself:laughing:

Just had lunch with a customer yesterday. He was complaining he had a new rep from Australia that he couldn't understand when he spoke due to his accent. I busted out laughing and he asked me what was so funny I told him he knows I always have a hard time understanding him at times when we talk on the phone, and I've known him for 9 years now (heavy southern dialect, but he talks fast). In my defense, his co workers tell me the same thing.

Still remember down in Atlanta doing some training with some customers from NC. We were all going home the next day and one guy tells me he and his wife are staying to do some shoping. Another guy tells me he's staying as well, but going to the state fire. I ask him "state fire"? He says yes. I look at him perplexed and ask what are they burning? He looks at me and says "NO, the State FIRE!". The guy who told me he was going shoping said, "he means the state fair". We all busted out laughing, me being the **** yankee.

Don't forget the German influence here too. I live in Acadia Parish, which is in the middle of Acadiana. My dad is pure Cajun and was raised in a Cajun-French speaking family. But, my mom is pure German and her dad was born in Germany. Therefore, Cajun-French was not spoken much in my home as a child.

And, since the Vietnam war ended, we now have a fairly large Vietnamese community here in Acadiana.
