Blocking ads on TBN with Adware Plus...

Anyone using Google Chrome with TBN on their laptop or PC, using Adblock Plus?
I have it installed and running for a while. It was doing a bang up job of keeping TBN's pages header clear of annoying ads, now it's again full of ads related to what the topic is that I'm reading on TBN. Anyone have a clue to how to get it working to eliminate the ads again?
Any help appreciated.

TIA,
CM

You may have to reactivate Adblock. At least, that's what I have to do periodically on my laptop running Windows 10. No idea how or why it quits working but it does. Go to Extensions in Chrome and reactivate it.

The only ads I see are the ones in your signature.

Anyone using Google Chrome with TBN on their laptop or PC,

I have Google chrome and run

I am using Chrome on my laptop

I do everything I can to avoid spyware. I'm certainly not going to install it intentionally.

I've used SeaMonkey since it was called Netscape and later Mozilla Suite. It's what a browser should be. Unfortunately, the evil G has been somewhat successful in brainwashing and strongarming the browsing public and website publishers into standards that may limit future development of non-G browsers. That company should have been dealt with many, many years ago.

DuckDuckGo has something out there now, but I haven't tried it on a PC yet. Seems OK on my phone though.

Go into Adblock plus options and unclick the allow non intrusive ads box. There are a few other options on that page also that you may want to look at. Seems like every time there is an update it changes the settings to allow non intrusive ads.

Ha, Ha, those are the products I own, no advertising needed, they speak for themselves.

Thanks to some thread responders I have solved the issue.
Thanks to others who seem to think because I don't want ads that equates to my wanting everything 'for free,' I won't be detailing the solution to the problem.
BTW, one has nothing to do with the other. Those who think you're right, just because you have an opinion, are not. You want to support TBN, try donating your own money instead of telling me what I should be doing with my life.

CM out.

I'm just wondering what kind of ad issues you are having? I see an ad for RK tractors at the top of the page, a couple tiny ads at the top of the forum, and two skinny ads at the side. As soon as I scroll down past the 3rd post, there's no more ads on the entire page.

Somewhere along the line, he clicked on the 'adware detection' popup panel that 'allowed' the ads to appear. Either go to Adblock and disconnect the 'allowed' option, or remove the Adblock add-on and reinstall it.

Be more careful on what you click on. That 'invoice', or 'free lottery winnings' , or 'IRS arrest' scam attachment may cause more trouble than you can imagine.

Life is tough and it's tougher if you're stupid.

Wrong, wrong and wrong again. Adware Plus shows up in the Chrome extensions list as on. But, in fact the ONLY thing I could do is turn the radio button to off. There is nowhere I can adjust anything, and it doesn't appear at Chrome's header, so there is NOTHING to do to make it work, other than an uninstall then reinstall.
I've moved on to something else and ads are no longer a problem. I'm sure you know what making assumptions makes you.... ...jumble this....

The ad which I keep seeing on my side panel is that '87 F350 rack body with 49,000 miles out in Michigan, that I've been checking out. Thankfully it isn't a diesel or I would be going on a road trip.
