Barring width restrictions, your Jeep will go places in 2wd open rear that your UTV won't go in 4wd.

Actually, barring width restrictions I can't think of a single place the UTV can go that the Jeep can't. :)

As for hauling a load. Your Jeep will haul your UTV. And minus the dump function will haul more wood.
My $70,000 Jeep though is not the best example to use.

Of course my Jeep is built to an extreme level, and yes it will fly over rock, slam through mud, and do anything that you ask it to do with it's Prorock axles under it... and never break or at least rarely break and come back laughing asking for more.

But my Jeep sits in the garage and gets loaded on a trailer to go where it's going, to go and do what it's going to do, and it goes back home and gets tucked away again. It is not used as a tool it is used as a hardcore toy only and sees limited use. I call it a lifetime investment in being a hooligan

As a long-time Jeep owner, I beg to differ.

As a member of a Search and Rescue team, we use Jeeps. And we use ATVs/UTVs. All depends on the terrain we expect to encounter. Deep, soft blow sand for instance, which we have miles of out near here. Unless that Jeep is equipped with big fat balloon tires it will sink. It weighs at least twice what our UTVs weigh. Stock UTVs on the other hand, have no problems.

Deep sucking snow also... I'll drive a UTV into the trees around a stuck Jeep and motor right on down the trail. The ATV tire has some distinct advantages in some terrain. Honestly, nasty peanut butter clay... I'll take an ATV tire for that as well.

Rock crawling... I'll take a set of 37" or larger mud lugged tires on a Jeep with 3 feet of articulation.

I know a guy that is a great seat of your pants mechanic. He can fix anything. Just closed his small engine business to move farther north, away from the crap. He worked winters at a ski resort and glowingly endorsed the HONDA UTVs, they used, amoung all the others. They don't get any love in that environment, and I have to say, I'm surpriised.

Picked up a Honda Pioneer for rescue use. Put tracks on it for winter, did a few test drives but haven’t used it in anger yet. Pretty impressive machine so far !

Yep. And unless you replace those little ATV tires on your Rhino my Jeep will go thru terrain you can't touch. And we have miles of it here. :)

Wish you were my neoghbor. We have a foot of snow in our timber now. We'd get a kick out of watching you try your Mule out. But don't worry there are four Jeeps in the machine shed. So we'd have contests seeing who could retrieve you without using 4wd. :)

I've wheeled at Rausch Creek, one if the United States premier offroad parks, and I've been there in the snow. Half of the place is blocked off and the half we were on was scary as **** in 37x13.5 Copper STT Pro tires aired at 8psi. Sliding sideways to my death was a fun thought on some of the trails. I do run a full cage in my JK, but even that can only take so many rolls down a rock covered cliff before it deforms.

I'm glad that your real proud of your Jeep(s). One day you should come and try out some rock bashing with me. Speed crawling is fun as heck! It's really hard on body, frame and mechanical parts though

These are useful and cheaper than UTV. Street legal in many states.
